About

  • My Name is Eileen

and for over two decades I’ve been helping people stress less within our community. More than eleven years ago I opened the Beverly Hypnosis and Wellnss Center. Since then, I have been helping people overcome their challenges, feel better and achieve their goals. I love what do.

Then, seven years ago, almost by accident, I founded the SRT Project, a stress management training for law enforcement and other first responders. The idea came from a private session with an exhausted and anxious police officer. He had received very little stress management training, actually, none. This inspired me to take action.

How the SRT Project first came to be

As a daughter of a first responder, I have a strong desire to give back. I experienced how the stress and trauma of my dad's noble career choice impacted the entire family.

The idea for this training came while working privately with an exhausted and anxious officer. I discovered he had very little formal training in stress reduction. I began to teach him powerful techniques to reduce stress and feel better. For over a decade, I have taught workshops and seminars for stress reduction to the general public and have become passionate about offering these skills to first responders. My client experienced significant benefits, which led to the founding of The SRT Project.
